These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CondoAide platform ("Service"), operated by CondoAide ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a syndicate of co-owners or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

CondoAide is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for Quebec syndicates of co-owners (syndicats de copropriétaires). The Service is designed specifically for Quebec's legal framework under the Civil Code of Quebec. Features include:
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Important note: this section concerns only the payment of your subscription to the CondoAide Service by the syndicate. It does not cover the collection of co-owner contributions by syndicates — a separate feature handled by a different system and provider, which will be covered by separate terms at the time of its launch.
The Service may only be used for lawful purposes related to the management of syndicates of co-owners in Quebec. You may not:
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including documents, images, and data. By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.
The AI assistant provides general information about Quebec condo regulations and the Civil Code. It does not constitute professional legal advice.
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for data hosting, and other providers listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
