What it means for your syndicate

This principle applies to everyone in a co-ownership (co-owners, directors, the syndicate) and often grounds claims for damages (water damage, lack of maintenance, etc.).

Liability may also arise from the act of another person or from the property in one's custody, a situation common in a shared building.

CondoAide keeps the documents and history (maintenance, decisions, notices) that help establish the facts and the diligence exercised if a claim arises.
