Frequently asked questions about pricing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. CondoAide is free forever for condos with 5 units or less. No credit card required.

Can I try paid plans before committing?

Absolutely. The Starter and Pro plans include a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.

How does billing work?

You can choose monthly or annual billing. The annual plan offers approximately 17% savings compared to the monthly rate. Taxes are extra.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The change is applied immediately and the difference is prorated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Payment is secure and processed by Stripe.
