Much of the maintenance log is checking: the roof after winter, the detectors, the French drain. Most of the time, there is nothing to do. Until now, though, completing a task always opened a work order in "Travaux", as if there were an invoice to record.
What was done?
"Complete", on a maintenance log task, now asks "What was done?":
- "Inspection: nothing to report" records the inspection, on today's date or a past one, with optional observations. The task's next due date is recalculated.
- "Work done or problem found" opens the work order in "Travaux", where the cost is recorded, as before.
If a work order is already open for that element, CondoAide says so and offers to open it in "Travaux", so everything is finished in one place.
New maintenance plans to import
- Appendix D of Hoodi maintenance plans (2022) can now be read: sections, components, their frequency and their months.
- A syndicate's own Excel workbook is read from its own header row ("Description", "Fréquence", "Mois"), where it used to be refused.
- An unusual frequency, such as every seven years, can now be entered by hand. A frequency the import did not understand used to be saved, without warning, as daily.
The firefighter book's reminders
On Mondays, when occupants have changed, the board receives an email and a notification to reprint the firefighter book. The "Book status" card, in the "Firefighter book" tab of the units page, now lets the board turn these "Weekly reminders" on or off. Either way, the book stays available to open and print at any time.
