Questions

Can my corporation use CondoAide today?

Not yet. Today's CondoAide follows Quebec law, and an Ontario corporation needs Ontario rules, forms and terms. We will write to the waitlist when Ontario accounts open.

Is CondoAide a condominium manager?

No. CondoAide is software for the board. It does not replace a licensed condominium manager, a lawyer or an auditor.

What do you do with my email?

We use it to write to you about CondoAide in Ontario, and your role and unit count to decide what to build first. You confirm your address by email, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

CondoAide is an information tool. It does not give legal advice. For a decision about your corporation, consult an Ontario condominium lawyer.
