If your syndicate uses an external manager, CondoAide can also serve as a complement to centralize information.

Which Bill 16 obligations does CondoAide cover?

CondoAide helps you track Bill 16 deadlines, host the reserve fund study and maintenance log, plan contributions over 25 years and monitor your syndicate's overall status. Important: the reserve fund study and maintenance log must be prepared by qualified professionals (engineers, architects or technologists who are members of a professional order). CondoAide hosts and organizes these documents but does not produce them.

Can I migrate from another management tool?
