A new public tool joins the Tools page: the property manager pricing calculator.
Now that the price per managed syndicate depends on the syndicate's size, "what would my portfolio cost" no longer has a one-line answer. Enter how many syndicates you manage in each size band, then how many units are on pre-authorized debit, and the calculator itemizes the bill: the base plan, one line per band with its syndicate count and unit price, the pre-authorized debit line with the units already covered, the monthly total and the yearly equivalent.
Two things it does not pretend to simplify. The block of included pre-authorized debit units is consumed once for the whole portfolio, not once per syndicate: the calculator calls the same function the billing does, so the line shown and the line billed cannot diverge. And the yearly plan's saving covers only the base plan and the managed syndicates, which follow the ten-months-for-twelve convention; pre-authorized debit has no separate yearly rate and stays billed twelve times.
Every portfolio has its own address: share the link and the person you send it to sees exactly the same breakdown. The Property managers page now shows the grid by syndicate size instead of portfolio examples, which quoted a per-syndicate price that has since been retired.
