What it means for your syndicate

These include: the acquisition or alienation of immovables by the syndicate; work to transform, enlarge or improve the common portions; the construction of buildings creating new fractions; and amendment of the constituting act of co-ownership or of the descriptive statement of the fractions.

Bill 16 added amendment of the description of the private portions (art. 1070 CCQ). These decisions often go hand in hand with a notarial act and registration.

CondoAide certifies the vote count at the meeting, documenting whether the required majority for these decisions was reached.
