Syndicate Attestation — version 2
The syndicate attestation (mandatory for every condo sale since August 2025) gets a version 2 overhaul:
- Restructured form with clear steps: identification, finances, insurance, declaration of co-ownership, and review
- Auto-filled data from your syndicate profile (reserve fund, self-insurance, condo fees)
- Declaration amendment history integrated directly into the attestation
- Improved PDF generation, compliant with Article 1069.4 of the Quebec Civil Code
Insurance Proofs — per-unit tracking
Liability insurance proofs for co-owners are now managed per unit:
- Individual schedules: each unit has its own expiry date and automatic reminders
- Updated dashboard with per-unit compliance status
- Automatic reminders sent to co-owners whose proof is nearing expiry
Interface improvements
- Smoother navigation with unified tab styling
- Redesigned dialog forms with better field organization
- Improved contrast and readability in menus and selectors
- Language switcher accessible directly from the main menu
- Larger buttons and controls for better ergonomics
