Attestation v2, per-unit insurance proofs, and UX improvements

The syndicate attestation gets a v2 overhaul, insurance proofs are now tracked per unit with individual schedules, and the interface has been improved across the board.

Several important improvements this month to simplify condo management.

Syndicate Attestation — version 2

The syndicate attestation (mandatory for every condo sale since August 2025) gets a version 2 overhaul:

  • Restructured form with clear steps: identification, finances, insurance, declaration of co-ownership, and review
  • Auto-filled data from your syndicate profile (reserve fund, self-insurance, condo fees)
  • Declaration amendment history integrated directly into the attestation
  • Improved PDF generation, compliant with Article 1069.4 of the Quebec Civil Code

Insurance Proofs — per-unit tracking

Liability insurance proofs for co-owners are now managed per unit:

  • Individual schedules: each unit has its own expiry date and automatic reminders
  • Updated dashboard with per-unit compliance status
  • Automatic reminders sent to co-owners whose proof is nearing expiry

Interface improvements

  • Smoother navigation with unified tab styling
  • Redesigned dialog forms with better field organization
  • Improved contrast and readability in menus and selectors
  • Language switcher accessible directly from the main menu
  • Larger buttons and controls for better ergonomics
