We started CondoAide because self-managed condo syndicates in Quebec deserve better tools. Too many boards were running AGMs with paper ballots, tracking proxies in spreadsheets, and hoping nothing fell through the cracks.

The first thing we built was the voting system — because AGMs are where real decisions happen.
