Syndicate communications used to live everywhere at once: a personal email account for notices, a text thread for emergencies, and a reply chain nobody could find six months later. The Communications module puts it in one place.
One inbox, two panes
Communications opens like a mail client: conversations on the left, the message on the right. Board tooling becomes folders inside that inbox, under a single navigation entry, instead of separate screens you had to know about to find.
Each unit also has its own Communications tab, as list and detail, and you can write to a single unit from there.
Email that comes from the syndicate, not from nowhere
- Your syndicate's branding appears on outgoing mail, both on notices sent directly and on those that go through the queue.
- Replies reach a board member, picked from a list rather than typed by hand. A co-owner replying to a notice writes to a real person on the board, not to an address with no recipient.
- Authoring is bilingual: you write both versions, each co-owner receives theirs.
Attached to the register, not beside it
Attachments are taken from the register instead of being uploaded a second time into a parallel store. The document you send is the document on file, with its permissions.
Details that matter
- One-click send, with an undo toast instead of a confirmation dialog to dismiss every time.
- A distribution list per floor is seeded automatically, so the inbox is usable on day one.
Sending follows the usual permissions and stays journaled.
