The co-ownership registry is the heart of your documentation — that's where the declaration of co-ownership, minutes, contracts, insurance policies, and everything that governs the building ends up. With version 2, we redesigned it so every document is easier to file, find, and review.
New grid layout
Documents now show as visual cards with a preview of the first page. At a glance you can spot the right file without opening every PDF. The category, date, and signing status are visible right on the card.
Categories built for condos
Documents are grouped into categories designed for syndicate management:
- Declaration of co-ownership and amendments
- Minutes and resolutions
- Contracts and suppliers
- Insurance
- Finances and budgets
- Reserve fund
- Correspondence and formal notices
You can filter by category and combine with a keyword search to find a document in seconds.
"To sign" tab
A new To sign tab gathers every document waiting for you — board resolutions sent for electronic signature. You can see at a glance how many documents need your attention and sign without leaving the registry.
Signing status at a glance
Every document that has been sent for signature shows a progress badge: Awaiting, In progress (2/4), Signed, or Cancelled. No need to open the document to know where things stand.
What stays the same
Everything that worked well is still there: drag-and-drop upload, automatic AI analysis to suggest a title and category, and access controlled by each member's permissions.
