Rebuilt proxy management
Proxy voting needed to be bulletproof:
- Owners designate a proxy holder with a clear, simple flow
- Proxy holders can vote on behalf of multiple units
- Admins see all proxy arrangements for any vote — full transparency for the board
Filters to find what you need
The voting page now lets you filter by status:
- Active votes that need your attention
- Completed votes to review past decisions
- Draft votes being prepared by the board
Validation you can count on
We added checks at every step to prevent mistakes:
- Only verified unit owners can cast votes
- Proxy authorization is validated before a vote is accepted
- Duplicate votes are blocked automatically
Works everywhere
The voting interface is fully responsive — board members can review results on their phone, and co-owners can vote from any device.
