Changing platforms should not mean rebuilding your syndicate by hand. CondoAide can now import your UpperBee data step by step through a guided flow that saves your progress.
What you can move
The import covers the core data you need to continue managing your syndicate in CondoAide:
- syndicate settings;
- units, quote-parts, parking spaces and lockers;
- co-owners and undivided ownership;
- the chart of accounts, opening balances, general ledger and budget;
- vendors and their contracts;
- register documents and by-laws;
- water heaters and proof of insurance;
- standard finishes and private improvements;
- service requests and their attachments.
Preview every step
Each step shows what CondoAide recognized before anything is saved. Rows that need your attention are clearly explained so you can correct them in UpperBee, enter them by hand or continue with the valid data.
You can skip a step, return later and import new files without restarting the entire process.
Verify the result
The reconciliation report compares the files you provided with what CondoAide actually saved. It checks quote-parts, fund balances and the outcome of every row, and can be downloaded for your records.
