Your syndicate already knows what needs to get done — the maintenance log keeps track of regular upkeep, and the reserve fund study maps out the bigger replacements over the years. What was harder was knowing who is taking care of it, by when, and how it went. The new Works section puts all of that on one page so the board can handle the work together.
One page for all the jobs
You'll find Works as a new item in your menu. Every job is a card, and cards sit in one of three columns: To plan, In progress, and Done. A small label on each card shows where the job came from:
- CE — from the maintenance log
- FDP — from the reserve fund study
- Works added by a board member on the spot
Regular maintenance tasks appear on the page on their own when they're due. Works from the reserve fund study appear as soon as you approve them for the year. When you mark a job as done, everything stays in sync — the maintenance log is updated, the reserve fund entry is marked complete, and if money was spent from the reserve fund you can record it right then so the balance stays accurate.
Work together on every job
Click any card and you'll see everything for that job in one panel:
- Assign the job to any board member so it's clear who is on it
- Leave comments, reply to each other, and mention someone with @ to get their attention
- Attach files — invoices, quotes, photos, reports — kept private to your syndicate
- Activity history that records who changed what and when, so you always have a record to show at the assemblée
A weekly reminder
Every Monday morning, members get one short email listing any jobs that are late and assigned to them. One email, the full picture — no daily pings, nothing slips through.
Find jobs quickly
A filter bar at the top lets you narrow the page by source, priority, who it's assigned to, or just a few words from the title. Share what you see: copy the web address and send it to a colleague — they'll land on the exact same view.
Updates appear as they happen
When a board member moves a card or replies to a discussion, you see the change right away without reloading the page — helpful when two people are working on the same thing at the same time.
