Article 1088.1 allows the meeting of co-owners to be held by a technological means, provided all participants can communicate immediately with each other. Two-way video conferencing meets this requirement.

What it means for your syndicate

The meeting can be fully virtual or hybrid (some in a room, some online). A one-way broadcast, where co-owners cannot speak, is not enough.

The chosen means must allow participants to be identified and to communicate in real time. The video link is included with the notice of meeting.

CondoAide runs the meeting online with live quorum, weighted voting and minutes, or plugs into your own Zoom, Teams or Meet link.
