Article 1089.1 allows voting at the meeting by a technological means on two conditions: the votes must be capable of being verified afterward and must remain secret when a secret ballot is requested.

What it means for your syndicate

These two requirements frame electronic voting. A vote weighted by relative value is still possible, but it must be both traceable for later verification and anonymous when a secret ballot is required.

This dual constraint, verifiable and secret, is what any online voting platform must satisfy for a co-ownership meeting.

CondoAide separates identity from choice: each co-owner can confirm their vote was recorded through a receipt, without their choice being tied to their name.
