Condo Health Index — assess your syndicate for free

A score from 0 to 100 for every Quebec condo syndicate, based on the syndicate attestation. Search 42,000+ syndicates, submit an attestation, and get a score within days.

Buying a condo in Quebec often means making a six-figure decision with very little information about the syndicate's financial health. The Condo Health Index changes that.

A transparent score from 0 to 100

Each syndicate receives a score based on six components extracted directly from the syndicate attestation (Art. 1070 C.c.Q.):

  • Reserve Fund (0-30 pts) — is the balance adequate relative to the building's age and size?
  • Reserve Fund Study (0-15 pts) — how recent is the last study?
  • Self-Insurance Fund (0-15 pts) — does it cover the highest deductible?
  • Legal Health (0-15 pts) — are there ongoing legal proceedings?
  • Financial Stability (0-15 pts) — are there pending special assessments?
  • Attestation Freshness (0-10 pts) — how recent is the attestation?

The algorithm is fully transparent. Every syndicate page explains how the score is calculated, component by component.
