Here are the smaller improvements that arrived in September, each in a few lines.
Campaigns for vent cleaning
In "Per-unit obligations", the vent-cleaning card now offers "Start a campaign". The board names the contractor, the proposed dates and an answer deadline, then sends the survey to the co-owners. Each co-owner picks one of the dates, or answers "I will have it done by my own contractor".
The campaign page follows each unit: "Planned", "Done", "Proof expected", "No answer", and the other states. The board can "Mark as done" the units that were cleaned and "Record an answer" received by phone. From the survey results, "Send a reminder" writes to those who have not answered, once every 24 hours. During the campaign, the reminders to file a proof stop for the units that picked one of the syndicate's dates.
Campaigns with a contractor and proposed dates are available for vent cleaning only, and they are started by board members.
One reminder for several obligations
A co-owner with several outstanding obligations used to get one email per obligation. They now get, for each syndicate, a single reminder that lists every submission still expected, each with its unit. The reminder rhythm does not change: each obligation keeps its own frequency, and the email groups the ones that fall on the same day.
The maturity date and rate of term deposits
A savings account or a term deposit now has a "Maturity date" and an "Interest rate (%)", entered in "Manage accounts". The reserve fund shows its investments, and those that have matured appear under "Needs attention".
One responsible person gets a reminder a week before maturity, the day before or on the day, then the day after maturity: the treasurer, or failing that the property manager, or failing that the syndicate's CondoAide account administrator. "Renew" records the new terms agreed with the institution; CondoAide does not renew anything with the bank.
Written resolutions with a subject and a number
A written resolution now has a "Subject of the resolution", which becomes its title in the registry, and optional "Recitals". The "Decision" is written in an editor that keeps bold text, lists and tables.
Once every director has signed it, the resolution gets a number, for example BEA-R-2026-004. Numbering restarts every calendar year, and the number appears on the signed PDF and in the list of signed resolutions. Resolutions adopted before this change are not numbered.
Correct a fund balance
Each fund card in "Finances" now offers "Correct balance". The people who manage the finances can adjust a fund's balance at a given date, or reclassify an amount from one fund to another. Each correction requires a reason, can cite the board's resolution, and appears on its own line, "Adjustments and reclassifications", in the financial statements.
A correction cannot be edited: it is deleted and entered again. It is refused in a closed fiscal year.
Two new board titles
"Vice-president" and "Secretary-treasurer" join the titles offered under "Seat on the board". They show in the member list, in the minutes and on signed documents. A secretary-treasurer now receives the reminders meant for the treasurer.
Like the other titles, they are for display and signing only, and grant no permissions.
A sixth reserve fund study format
The reserve fund study import now recognizes studies from Mon Génie en Bâtiment, in addition to the five firms already supported. As with the others, the study is imported as a PDF, and each of its scenarios is kept.
