A declaration of co-ownership reader, free and with no account

Upload your declaration's PDF: the table of fractions as printed, its total, a few basic clauses, then your syndicate created from that reading.

A new public tool joins the Tools page: the declaration of co-ownership reader.

Upload the PDF of your declaration, text or scanned copy. The tool shows you the table of fractions as printed - lot, unit and relative value of each fraction - with the page where you can check each line, and says whether the relative-value column adds up to exactly the whole. It also picks out a few basic items: the type of co-ownership, the end of the fiscal year, the number of directors, parking, storage and restricted common portions.

Click a value and the declaration's page opens beside it, with the line highlighted. Nothing is corrected or validated: when a table has a shape the tool cannot read with enough certainty, it says so and points you to the pages to check.

No account is needed. The reading is done by fixed rules, at our hosting providers in Quebec, with no artificial intelligence service; the file, its text and the result are deleted 24 hours after upload, or as soon as you choose "Delete now".

Create your syndicate from the reading. Below the result, "Create my syndicate with this data" opens sign-up. Once the syndicate is created, the declaration is filed in its register with no second upload, and the board reviews each value, page in hand, before it goes into the syndicate's data.
